Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• Items must be in the same condition you received them

• Proof of purchase is required

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Please email us with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Frereana (Maydi) resin products

• Used items

• Custom or bulk orders
